We will :

a) Confirm we are in Lever mode.

b) Check the microphone input and speaker are correctly set to the USB sound card.

c) Check the input channel is in M for Mono

​

d)  Press Run. 

​

e)  We see that the rate is not yet locked in, so press Train

​

d) Demonstrate the Automatic Microphone input Level Control.

e) Demonstrate the magnifier tool for closer viewing of the trace

​
