We decided to turn to someone with experience in growth hacking to reveal what it really is and how to use it in your business. If a member of your team is unwilling to follow through and apply a new mindset, that person should be replaced. Everything is connected and interdependent .Here is an example. A week later, one of my developers generated and tested an idea that saved us $200,000 in marketing. He applied the Growth Hacking mindset to his area of responsibility (programming), focusing on growth and achieving results that were impossible to achieve by hiring a lone Growth Hacker. This is how it works.— Do you think every company should have a growth hacker?- Should? No. Many companies do pretty well without Growth Hackers.Growth Hacking optimizes processes, optimizes costs, delivers 100 times more results for 100 times less money and 100 times less time. It is progress. Can you match that kind of efficiency? No. Your business will die. Any business that doesn't want to keep up with progress eventually dies. Do you want your business to die? No?
