I applied to be a driver with Doordash years ago and my background check was denied. I appealed and discussed my background check via email with DoorDash. They reversed their original decision and approved my driver account. I delivered four years. Then they deactivated my account and said it was because of the felony on my background. The same felony that they originally overlooked. I appealed, but have had no response. That felony doesnțt belong to me. Are there any ways to get my account back or it’s impossible after deactivation.

Yes, you can get your account back even after the deactivation. The first thing you should do is to correct the background report. Regarding the fact that it wasn’t made by DoorDash but by a third-party company, you should find out who is the provider and dispute with them the information. I had almost the same situation, but I was working for Lyft, not for Doordash. Then I started to look for a consumer law lawyer near me. I’m very grateful to the one I found because he gave me huge support during the process. The dispute wasn’t enough in my case, we had to sue the background check company.
