Bernie Tekippe

In March we discovered the "Simple Regulator" designed and built by the late Bernie Tekippe

His work can only be described as that of a true Horological genius. The design, though indeed simple resulted in performance that surpassed some of the best reference grade timekeepers

Although there is not a lot of information available, an article in the NAWCC gives some excellent tips on construction.

Given that the wheels are usually the hardest part to make on a clock, we intend to use Gearwheel Designer.
