We offer one of our clip microphones with a specially formed tip to attach as close to the escapement as possible without interfering with the operation.  The tick is barely audible under normal conditions and happens only twice each minute.

Below is a long term log over almost 10 days.  The  straight blue deviation line shows the consistent performance.

The Average Rate shows it is losing about 11 seconds per day.
